What Causes Pain Behind Lower Leg And Tingling Sensation In Heel And Toes?

I have pain in the back of my lower leg,especially when I lie down,also tingling in heel and toes,not too bad while walking,I do a lot of walking.Cd be inflamed tendon,my knees have been stiff for several years,I am female,60 years old,non smoker.Thanks,Wendy

If you have knee stiffness and knee pain also then at this stage of life it can be osteoporosis or arthritis. With advance in age there is degenerative changes in our muscles, tendons and nerves which usually ends up in symptoms like you are having.
