What Causes Pain Behind Right Eye With Congested Head?
I've been having a pain behind my right eye for about a week, but it generally happens at night in low light. Also, my head feels congested and there is a crackling in my ears when I swallow. I have had sinus infections for the first time this year (a couple) so I use a neti pot regularly.

Your eye pain is a radiating pain and is a part of headache probably associated with sinusitis(frontal).Kindly consult ENT specialist and start treatment accordingly
