What Causes Pain Behind The Right Ear And Numbness In Toes?

I have been experiencing a ache right behind my right ear. This has been going on for about 3 weeks and seems to be getting worse. It does not go away with pain reliever. My toes on my left foot are numb . The last couple days I have had a metallic taste in my mouth. I have no appetite and diarrhea. I am week and have no energy. A week ago I did go to doctor after it appeared the right side of my face had bells palsy. I was put on a steroid and a antibiotic. I have finished that prescription. I did feel a bit better, but now feeling worse

you maybe having a inflammatory bowel disease which has to investigated and diagnosed by a gasteroenterologist kindly undergo a colonoscpy so that diagnosis can be made and treatment can be started
