What Causes Pain Below The Ribs And Nausea?

Do gallbladder problems run in families? I have been have sharp pains right under my breast rib area and nausea with some slight chest pain. My grandma and uncle on my Mom's side have had gallstones and had there removed and my cousin on my Dad's side had the same issue.

Gall bladder disease due to Gall stones do not necessary run in families.
need further evaluation.

advice:
- get an ultrasound (abdomen) to rule out any stones
- also get a complete blood cell count(CBC) test
- avoid eating stomach full and mouth full
- avoid spicy food
