What Causes Pain, Discharge And Abnormal Sound In Ears?

every off and on i am sufferring with right ear problem like pain in ear, abnormal sound hearing, liquid comes from ear hole, can not sleep at night. this is happening with last 2 years but i am sufferring with last 10 years with another problem that is cold

Chronic ear discharge,pain in ears,abnormal sound in ear all points to diagnosis of chronic suppurative otitis media.Usually on examination a perforation(hole) can be seen in ear drum.The cause of this condition is previous recurrent acute middle ear infections which can spread from nasal cavity through eustachian tube.Definitive management of this condition is surgical closure of ear drum hole using fascia.Before surgery,ear has to be kept dry.Consult your ENT doctor for examination of ear and ear drops.The recurrent cold needs to be tackled also.
