What Causes Pain During Bowel Movement And Knee Pain?

i am 26 yr old guy.. i am going through imflamed pain while passing stool since last one one and half year... and at the same time i am having my left knee muscle stiffness from last 8 mnths... i just feel something has stuck in my knees,, no pain .. but feel like swelling ...plz advice me...

Hello,

Pain during bowel movement is due to possible fissure most likely. Knee pain, swelling seems ligament issue related, needs MRI evaluation for better management.
