What Causes Pain During Intercourse After A Hysterectomy?

hi i had a total hysterectomy about 5 1/2 months ago. The 1st time i had intercourse after i almost passed out from the pain. it hurt to move, urinate and pass gass for a solid wk. The only help i had was i am on pain medication for a neck surgery 2 months prior. Dr said no uti and i had some kind of granular tissue on my cervix where they stitched. I went back the second time i had intercourse with the same problems and he used silver nitrate to help again with the granular tissue and saw me again a wk later and did the silver nitrate again. he also gave me a estra gel for my vagina even though we seem to have no problems with lubercation. he made another follow up with me for 6 wks later in that time my husband and i tried intercourse 3 times. 2 times he was not quite aroused because he was scared of hurting me so he was unable to finish and i was still painful, but not as bad for 3 days. then about 1 wk before my follow up we had intercourse again and that intense pain was back. almost threw up, kept getting the light headed fealing and i layed down for a while and i took extra pain medication my neck dr said i could take for break threw pain , that i have never needed. when i saw my dr i also told him i had mild incontinence before intercouse and was getting alot after intercourse. Also been having mid to lower back pain that really intensified when i needed to deficate. He check my urine and said i had a uti and prescribed medication. he also said that the uti explained all the semptoms i was having. I said even the intercourse and he said i thought that was over... eventhough when he was examining me i was crying from him just putting the speculum in. Ok so now i started antibiotics 2 days later looks like i peed a tolet full of puss. a few days later started feeling flushed and looked like i had a sunburn eventhough i have not been outside. also seem to be alternating between sweating and shivering. Anitbiotics gone and i think i am getting more symptoms. is it possible i have a kidney infection instead of a uti and also have a scaring problem in my vagina? i am suppose to see my dr in 4 days do i wait or do i need to be seen earlier? sorry my age is 39 i weight about 152 and i am 5ft 2in
