Hi there,
Bleeding and pain during sex means that you may have a infection or a condition called endometriosis. You need to get examined by a gynaecologist for the same. Stabbing and dull aching pain may be due to endometriosis. Best that you get an ultrasound to check for ovaries as well, as ovaries are commonly affected with endometriosis.
The treatment for it depends on whether you aspire to get pregnant in the near future or not. If not planning pregnant oral contraceptive can suppress the endometriosis. Do visit a gynaecologist soon for examination.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
