So, here in your case i would like to advice you that it could be happen if you had rough sex and even sometimes internal injury. mostly internal injury happens if amount of pre cum is less than normal amount should be in vagina. For that i would like to suggest you that go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.
