What Causes Pain In Abdominal Area Next To Hip Bone Post Partial Hysterectomy?

Hi I am a female and I was wondering what organs are next to my right hip bone in my abdomen I have previously had a partial hysterectomy and they only left the right ovary which has in metria sis in it and I and having pains directly next to my hip bone in my abdomen area can you please answer my question

I really appreciate your concern, no such organs or organ are there that could cause any pain and if you do have such pain then it could be nonspecific one, if the pain is persistent then it need to be investigated, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
