What Causes Pain In Arm And Shoulder Along With Upper Chest?

My right arm, shoulder and now on my upper chest is extremely uncomfortable and painful. Last week there was a pain in my neck on the same side. Three years ago I went to a cardiologist and everything was totally fine. Should I be concerned? Or just stressed?

If the pain starts on left side with similar like ur above complaints then it might be related with cardiology.Most common reasons are like muscle spasm,gastritis pain,or stress related.U can take tabAceclo -p twice a day along with Pan-D one in the morning for 15 days.Check for ur sleeping and sitting posture.Sit properly.Dont lean more on right side.If recquired go for physiotherapy.Hope it may help u.
