What Causes Pain In Arm When It Is Moved?
I hit my right shoulder last week on a door jam. I had it checked the doctor said I had a bone bruise. But it is not my shoulder that hurts now, the pain runs down the front of my arm from my shoulder to almost my elbow and it also clicks sometimes. What would cause that pain when I move it?

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury.
I suggest doing an x-ray of the arm to exclude a fracture.
Meanwhile, I suggest to maintain the area immobilized and take painkillers such as Ibuprofen in case of pain.
