Hello,

Since you are having nausea and gastritis, avoid eating food that causes gastritis like broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, lactose, beans, lentils, etc. You can take antacids for relieve. PPIs are also equally effective. You can take one SOS when required. Gastritis and nausea commonly occur due to food allergy, liver dysfunction, indigestion, IBS, GERD, Ulcer (esophageal/ gastritis), etc. Pain in the arms may be indicative of some injury, trauma, muscle strain, developing CAD, etc.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get all blood tests, urinalysis, imaging tests done to detect the factor causing the discomfort. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, if obese reduce weight. Switch to healthy lifestyle & stay away from addictions if any. Take food good for the liver. You can take liver tonics. Stay well hydrated, avoid constipation. Take laxatives at bed time.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
