What Causes Pain In Back And Buttocks?

hello, i am 51 yrs old, 5 feet 2 inches in height, 51 kilos and undergone tahbiso surgery last July 25, 2011, i am experiencing joint pains especially back pain on the middle portion of my back up to my buttocks everyday. Is this an after effect of the fall of my estrogen level due to the removal of my ovaries? What can i do about it? Thank you very much.
