What Causes Pain In Back/groin Area While Having Type 2 Diabetes?

i am 35 6ft tall 13 stone i have pain in groin area comes and goes i have had back pain that lasted a couples of months then went then heart pain that went after the same period of time seems to me that i bring on the pain myself by worrying about to i have type 2 diabetes and am on 2 metformin a day is the various pain related to this

generalized body pain is common in diabetes. longstanding diabetes commonly affects the muscles and nerves ,blood vesselsin limbs and hip girdle.

depends on their occupation and working mode location of pain differs.
back pain and groin pain may be localized cause also (like spine bone degeneration,disc compression,muscle strain) .
