General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

After a mild head injury, you are presently having neck pain, pain in the back f the head & thoracic spasms; it could be due to some trauma or injury to the cervical spine, slipped disc, thoracic radiculopathy or nerve strain, etc.

You are suggested to visit ER, get clinically assessed & get X-ray, CT, MRI done to detect if you need urgent medical support. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. For pain you can take acetaminophen, one sos when required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
