General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to nerve compression syndrome from cervical intervertebral disc compression. A consultation with an orthopedician dealing with spine is well appreciated. Wearing cervical collars, physiotherapy like traction and TENS will be helpful. Muscle relaxants, NSAIDs and neurotropic drugs will be helpful also. But if all these not helping then surgical intervention can be considered.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
