What Causes Pain In Bladder And Vagina During Pregnancy?
Hi. I m 20 weeks pregnant and have pain in my bladder/vagina. It happens when I sit too long, walk too long or just turn over while laying. The resident at my obgyn says I m pregnant but could there be another reason? I m high risk preterm labor and had a fetal demise before i had my set of twins. So I really take precautions.
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Just that state of being pregnant may give you such symptoms especially after exercise or stress. However, UTI will still have to be eliminated given that it is very common after 16weeks of gestation and may present with symptoms like pain in bladder and vagina.Just see your Doctor for examination and a Urinalysis. It is better for test to come negative than be with an infection given your past history of preterm labor. You will however need an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon if pain persist. Hope this will help Best regards
