What Causes Pain In Center Of Chest?

I have been having pain in the center of my chest that feels like someone punched than it end in a throbbing feeling under right arm pit. The pain in chest only lasts for a second, but the throbbing lasts longer. Seems to happen after eating. Blood pressure is normal.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-

GERD with Right diaphragmatic irritation with heavy meals with acid reflux.This causes center chest pain with throbbing pain in right armpit.
Right Colonic flexure would cause this type of right arm discomfort most probably.Center Chest pain is due to the Acid Reflux with GERD.
check with Stool ova/cyst to rule out Giardiasis and rule out Entero-Colitis in right hepatic flexure of the colon with IBS.
This is my advise in the given situation.
