What Causes Pain In Endometriosis, Lower Back, Bloating And Fatigue?

Hi, I had my tubes cut and burned back in 2004. I also have Endometriosis that I had labroscopic surgery done on at the same time. I have never missed a period since and this past year my endo has become super painful but I am now 37 days from my last period I have felt like it is coming everyday for the past week with bad lower back pain, dull cramps here and there, bloating but no period. Been extremely tired too. I took a cheap pregnancy test a day ago but showed negative. What could this be? Thanks, Kristy

Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

Endometriosis is one cause of severe menstrual pain. But the pain can be caused by another condition, such as fibroids, which are noncancerous growths of the muscle tissue of the uterus. Fibroids can cause severe cramps and heavier bleeding during your period.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Monish De, Oncologist
