What Causes Pain In Groin And Testicles While Passing Stools?

I have pain in my groin and testicle when I defecate. It's only been a couple of days, and I have been able to defecate. Is this possibly a hernia, or maybe just a strain in the groin? I jogged yesterday and some discomfort in the same area of the groin.
