What Causes Pain In Groin Radiating To Navel And Thigh After Straining It?
iv had a pain in my groin for around 6 months, it is in my groin and goes up to around my naval down the inside of my thigh about 2 inches an around to under my glute, i strained it about a year a go had 4 months off relaxing it the also flexing it so i lost no flexiblity in it, im wondering if it is what some people call a sports man hernia or something else
Your symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain. I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local applications. Gentle stretching exercises can help in relieving the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
