General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain. I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local applications. Gentle stretching exercises can help in relieving the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
