What Causes Pain In Hip/buttock/leg/foot After Having Spinal Fusion Surgery?

I have no insurance and have had 2 previous surgeries first was discemtomy and second was fusion at L4 L5 now I have severe pain in hip buttocks and all down my left leg and foot, can hardly walk, what can happen if left untreated? Im 42 and not overweight. 1st surgery was in 2001 and second was in 2009
