Hi,

It could be sciatica or other problems like ankylosing spondilitis or degenerative changes, IVDP. To rule out these conditions I would like to know details about your condition like when it's getting worse, is it in the night or morning? any difficulty in walking, disturbed sleep? do you have any other health issues like diabetes, thyroid etc?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
