Hello and welcome to HCM,
I understand from your history that your family member is suffering from a spinal nerve stuck in the spinal canal or a spinal nerve is compressed/ impinged in the spinal canal.
Compression of nerve can lead to pain in the region supplied by that nerve.
You need to consult an orthopedician initially to look for the cause of compression or impingement of the spinal nerve.
Further consultation with a neurologist may also be required.
You can find experienced orthopedician and neurologist in Indore , MP.

Thanks and take care
