I am a 20 year old female who is sexually active. I am not on birth control any more ( I stopped using the depo shot ) I have had 2 periods since I stopped and should have started my period last week. I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. I have two bruises on my lower right abdomen with pain. They have been there for almost a week and one seems to be getting worse. Could this be something serious? I have been having cramps and upset stomach with no spotting. I've never felt like this before starting my period.
