What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Dull Pain While Coughing?

I have a cramp like pain in my lower abdomen sometimes which goes when I pass wind. There is a dull ache with each step I take and coughing and the act of sitting on a hard chair is painful. I have had a hysterectomy 16 years ago and I have had a bulgeing disc in my lower back fot 30 years. What do you think could be causing this?

The cramp like pain may be due to increased gas in the intestine which is the reason why it goes away when you pass gas.
You should limit foods that cause increased gas formation.
