What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen With Nausea And Headaches?

Hello. My back has been really tender to walk, sit, move, and frankly anything. It is in the kidney region of my low back. There is a red blotchy rash that is started in the middle and spreading outwards on my low back. I haven t been hungry lately, feel very nauscious, tired, head aches, and over all not well. What do you think could be wrong? or what are some things i could look into?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
The conditions might very related , or most likely in this case very unrelated. Other major signs and symptoms like the presence or absence of fever might be of importance for a proper evaluation.
The opinion of a primary care doctor after a proper physical exam, blood tests, an abdominal ultrasound are in my opinion, important initial steps to take. Regards
