What Causes Pain In Lower Back While Breathing?

Hi 4 days ago I started with low back pain on my right side, but for the last couple of days the pain has travelled round to the front, it hurts to breath when I lay on my side in bed, I have never experienced this before so I am wondering what it could be, thanks

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, because of the muscular spasm such backache could be possible and it may be due to spinal disease and this need to be ruled out, till then it can be treated with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, try to maintain good posture have bed rest avoid lifting any weight, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
