What Causes Pain In Lower Right Side Of Abdomen?

hello, iam having pain on my lower right side of abdomen. test had been done few days ago and everyhting came normal and even the pregnancy test came negative. i have a history of ovarian cyst but present test shows i dont have any cyst. plz tell me what should be done.

Pain can originate from any structure in the area from the skin inwards.

Since the ultrasound did not show any problems with the ovaries then other causes need to be considered.
This would include issues such as: hernia, inflammation of the muscle or tendons in this area particularly iliopsoas pain.

Pain due to these muscles can be detected by physical examination.

The use of anti inflammatory pain killers would help.
