What Causes Pain In Medial Forearm While Extending Arm?
When I extend my right arm I have pain in my lower medial forearm. There s no visual clues as to what could be wrong, such as redness or swelling. I would rate the pain as mild when I m using my hand, but it can quickly change to severe when I move my hand the wrong way. At times I feel pain in my bicep as well.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like diabetes , peripheral artery disease , peripheral , neuropathy , tendonitis , muscle strain , angina or carpal tunnel syndrome . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically , ask for movement or order CT scan , MRI or x-ray . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , anti inflammatory along with physical therapy and stretching exercises under expert . For now take ibuprofen for pain , apply warm compresses to ar and restrict its movement give proper rest . Tke half spoon of turmeric powder in warm milk for few days .
