I had quite severe pain on my back and on my arm, went to see an othopaedisc. He gave an injection on my painful back, I had an immediate relief but then at night the pain came back but less severe this time . DOctor gave me painkiller also for five days and some exercises. Told me to see him after fifteen days. Anyway when i went to see him he asked me about the pain and sauggested to have aMRI. Upon receiving my MRI report he suggested me to have surgical decompression + fusion. But I don't want to have any surgery. Though the Dr. prescribed me some glucosomine tabs and a gel to apply on the affeceted area.but I felt he felt it's better to have surgery. Could you please suggest me what to do?
