i am 50yrs. i have been having pain in calf muscles since childhood. generally i haven't cared much about it. i had gone doctor at the age of say 16 yrs but no satisfactory remedy was given. though, i like going to gym and play lighter games. the pain is felt more when when not on regular exercise.

Hi, u could have calcium deficiency. The reason wen you exercise pain is less is because wen dear is stress on d bones during exercises calcium is absorbed. Get your blood calcium levels checked and also bone densitomerty. And do have a minimum of half an hour of exposure to sun.
