What Causes Pain In My Testicles?

I was working under a house in a crawl space and started experiencing pain as if I was hit in the testicles. I became nauseated and vomited a little bit. The pain was excruciating and I went straight to bed at 830pm. I couldn t sleep well at night because slight movements hurt. It doesn t hurt as bad as last night but it still hurts when I walk or sit etc. The pain is primarily in the right testicle and right abdomen stomach area. What should I do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Oh God , you missed the most important and most crucial time for a good diagnosis and perfect management.
This can a torsion of testis and needs to be operated within 6 hours of an attack ( of course if diagnosed).
You need urgent ultrasonography and color doppler examination to determine the cause of pain.... This can be torsion- needs urgent exploration and treated as per the position of the testis. / If this is orchitis - antibiotic and anti-inflammatory treatment.
Rush to the Doctor
