Hello,

A few causes of pain in the neck above collarbone are muscle pull, any trauma, pleural inflammation at the apex of lungs, any tumor, and enlarged lymph nodes.

You can take a pain reliever like tab. Ibuprofen daily twice for 3 days, and tab. Myospas once daily at bedtime. If your symptoms don't relieve, meet a physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
