Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to neuritis or cramps post alcoholic consumption. But if chest pain is more then an ECG should be taken to rule out cardiac involvement. For this you can take rest , giving cold or warm compress. Taking vitamin B1B3B6B12 and folic acid calcium and vitamin D3 supplements will be good also. In case pain is more then NSAIDs like Nimusulide and muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside for short term will help also. Also avoid alcohol consumption.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
