What Causes Pain In Neck And Shoulder After Eating Mannas Health Mix?

We recently shifted to mysore. My 13 year son is underweight. As suggested by few. I started giving him 2 eggs per day. And 1 cup of mannas health mix. 3 days back he complaint about neck and shoulder pain. And has been having fever and cold. Currently taking calpol tablet for fever and Allegra tablet for cold. He still complaints of neck and shoulder pain. What could be the reason? And what needs to be done.

I really appreciate your concern, weight is not given here, without this difficult to say it is under weight or not, if it is fever then and then it can be treated and it should be beyond 100 F (Better to read the body temperature prior to give antipyretic ) "Fever is Friend" for children, most the time it is the viral (Transient ) infection and it may not need any treatment, no need to worry about this and no need to be over conscious hope this information helps.
