Hi,
The pain may be due to muscular over activity for coughing. During coughing or sneezing due to sympathetic activity and the reason behind cough may be bronchial construction and sneezing due to irritation in the respiratory tract. These are possibilities due to asthma.
Continue asthalin as required and better to start controller therapy like inhalation steroid or montelukast which will prevent the symptoms to occur.
Hope this helps you. Regards
