Hello,

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through. Sore throat associated with lumps are indicating possible throat infection. Do gargle with warm water and salt, take vitamin C and zinc supplement. If still no improvement, should get a physical examination by your caring doctor as might require prescription medication.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
