What Causes Pain In Neck, Shoulder And Arm?
my neck and shoulder in front hurt and muscle in front of right arm also. I am not sleeping well because I can t get comfortable I ordered a different pillow. I am small framed and 62 years old and weigh 120lbs. always busy and try to stay in shape. it has been 6 weeks bothering me. I get dehydrated easily and try to drink plenty of water.

It sounds like you may have a problem with the discs in the neck. These can squeeze on the nerves that supply the arms and give pain, tingling, numbness and weakness.
In my practice, I would ask for an MRI of the cervical spine (neck) to check if the discs are ok and whether the nerves are being squeezed.
