What Causes Pain In Neck, Shoulder, Jaw And Collarbone?

I have been having neck and shoulder pain since January, physiotherapy did not help, neither did accupunture, my dr said it is jhst tight muscles. The pain does not go away, an movement such stretching and heavy lifting makes the pain worse. I get pain in collarbone and jaw as well from time to time.

* As per my clinical experience, the pain in neck, shoulder, jaw and collar bone can be related to different issues as nerve compression at brachial plexus level

- presence of cervical rib

- thoracic outlet syndrome

- polymyositis variant

- others.
