What Causes Pain In Neck, Throat And Headache Post Intercourse?

I had an unprotected sex with a guy. But his penis was not penetrating deep. Also, it was not erect so can t panetrate. He wasn t feeling well and then later diagnosed with HIV positive. CD4 count was just around 250. I then tested after 7 weeks and it was negative. But now I have pain at neck,throat and headache. I am really very worried. What can I do? Please help ! I can t concentrate on my study. Thank you !!!!

This is very concerning. You need to get another 4th generation HIV test now and again 3 months after the encounter.
