What Causes Pain In Neck While Turning Head Or Bending?

i have pain in my neck when turning my head or bending myhead down to far i pull some kind of muscle that almost brings me to tears...and sometimes has...my head cracks and pops whn i tun it and this morning i was turninmg over in bed and moved my head too fast and har nad i though my neck was going to rip of it sooo badly...i was told a log time agao after an mri that according to that phsyician he said tha ti woul d have terrible situatuation later on in my life with my neck but said we would cross that bridge when it was time and wouldnt elaborate any fiurther ..i had a car wreck about 3 yrs ago and when they xsrayd my neck they said i had a huge patch of arthritis in it and would be having trouble sometime soon.... can there be arthritis in your neck that is debilitating?

FORST OF ALL i would like to know your age .
i think you might have undergone all necessory blood investigations also along with x ray and mri scan of neck ..
if not you need somr investigations like CBP.ESR.ASO TITRE .R A FACTOR ..
Based on corelation with blood reports we can determine the progress of disease

anyway if you take proper precausions like wearing cervical collor daily ,so giving rest to neck ,will difenetely will show the improvement

if unbearable pain is there you can take analgesics like aceclofenac sodium,along with b complex tablets

even you can use steroid for few day to et relief from pain

changing the profession is advisable till you feel comfortble .

take calcium rich diet like all green leaf vegetables ,eggs,milk,etc

if we take proper measures problem will be resolved ,dont worry
