General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the neck.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest to do exercises that may strengthen the back or core muscles and decrease or eliminate pressure on a nerve root.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
