What Causes Pain In Right Chest And Rise In BP Levels?

this am I started having pains around my right chest wall just under my breast. I am 57 yr female. I am never out of breath and past few days have felt bloaty. I took gas x and several rolaids. If I got up and walked around the pain decreased but never went totally away. Lay back down and it came back....finally after a couple hrs I took one of my hubbys nitro tabs. Within a few minutes pain went away. I failed to mention that about an hr before the pain started I took a pain med (hydro 10/325} on empty stomach. Checked my BP and it was 171/80. MY hubby is freaking out wanting me to call a dr. but I feel fine now.

you can take ECG and consult cardiologist. gas and hyper acidity can contribute to such problem. take bland diet antacid like omiprazol. refrain from taking alcohol or smoking.
