What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Body Radiating Towards Rib And Arm Pit?

Hi I have a pain on my right side that goes from the bottom of my rib cage to my arm pit its sentitive to the touch I can t sleep on that side and when I touch the aerie a feel a vein or ligament The pain seams to be more at night.Had it for 3 night now

Hi thanks for asking question..

First it could gave severe muscular strain that can lead pain....
It can be by heavy workout , heavy weight lift , unaccoustemed activity etc...
Rest and analgesic needed for it...

Second it could be by costochondritis like condition if ribs tender to touch.
Brufen taken for it.

If still pain increasing chest x ray done to rule out respi.causes like bronchitis, interstitial disease , emphysema etc...

ECG or echo can also done if still cause not clear.
