What Causes Pain In Right Upper Arm?
If I have to pay, I will just go to the ER. I have right upper arm pain. More the bone, not muscle. It feels like I was punched and bruised, but none of the above. I have difficulty putting my clothes on. Just got over Pneumonia, don t need anything else.

I believe this pain can be related to bursitis or inflammation of bursa. You should take anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen. Try to avoid movement and keep at rest as much as possible.
