What Causes Pain In Sacral Region During Bowel Moments?

My hubby started to complain of upper sacral muscle pain 2 days ago from sleeping wrong. Yesterday he experienced discomfort in sacral region while trying to push out gas and stool- which were not present but felt like they might have been. This morning he felt discomfort while pushing to urinate. All evacuates ok but he is feeling pain while using his "pushing" muscles. Urine looks normal and Motrin has not helped. Pain is only with pushing and contracting muscles and the exact spot of pain has not been determined. Any ideas? Muscle strain, kidney, bladder, prostate? He is a healthy 30 y.o. Male. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern as long as the problem of your husband is concern so he might have developed the psychological condition that gives him feeling of incomplete evacuation, and so he might be applying the force and applying the force for evacuation purpose is not good this could cause more feeling of incomplete evacuation and also pain in different areas, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
