What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Swollen Rash On Upper Arm?

I am female, 65, and am taking 150mg Zoloft and 80mg propranolol daily. For the past several weeks, I have felt exhausted all the time. I sleep 14+ hours a day and just have no energy. Two days ago, I develop a pain in my right shoulder and a circular red rash on my right upper arm that is swollen, warm and painful. It was suggested that I be tested for limes disease. Can I get your opinion?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. You recently have been feeling very tired and had a rash or lesion that was round and painful on your shoulder. If you live in an area that has lyme disease or you recently found a tick on your person then I would highly recommend that you see your medical provider. Your rash or lesion maybe a sign of lyme disease.
I find this answer helpful
