What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade, Armpit And Arm?
I am having pain in my right shoulder...shoulder blade..in my armpit and all the way down my right arm like muscle strain...if I cough it hurts thru my shoulder blade and shoulder. The pain in my arm is continuous and keeps me awake at night. Could it be nerve damage in my neck?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to muscular spasm and this is mostly happens because of the poor posture so try to maintain the good posture while you sleep, and try "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
